Buying Used, Cold Weather, and Baby Car Questions

I live in southern Ontario and in an area where it's very rare we get enough snow on the ground that the plows don't remove in a day or two (to my own dismay. I love snow ). I'm definitely going to have a set of winter tires anyways since it's safer.

As for baby seat crampness sounds like if I were taller this would be an issue but luckily I'm short . So upgrading to the Prius V is probably a luxury for us. Though I did notice the lack of the giant Prius gen 3 centre console. I think the 2012 Prius had a redesigned traditional centre console too.
