Buzzing noise coming from HVAC. Dealer can't replicate?

    This Toyota TSB may be your solution, from another thread.
    TSB Issued for Buzzing rattle in dashboard | PriusChat

    T-SB-0193-17, “Buzzing Noise From LH Side Under Dash,” issued March 2, 2017 and applicable to 2016 model year Prius cars with VINs earlier than JTDKARFU#G3523018 (Tsutsumi Line 2) or JTDKBRFU#G3017940 (Tsutsumi Line 1), but only if they have the buzzing noise. Toyota explains the cause: “The pin that secures the center section of the HVAC duct together may be loose.”

    Were you ever able to find out what the culprit was? Mine does the same thing! Switching from recirculating to vent seems to stop the rattle. When i switch back to recirculate, the buzz/rattle comes back...

    Mine sound just like this:

    Yours is not a Gen 4 Prius though,
