C1246 and c1364

Hi
three months i am outside country, when i back and try to start my car, better down i attached cable jack and start my car, after i long drive my car battery working fine, i travel 300km no facing any issues, suddenly its break badel start jumping when i push, after arond 20km its showing on dashboard 3 errors lights, ABS light,
Hand break light
Skid lights

These 3 lights on, then attach computer and check errors its two errors codes,

C1246
C1364
But i am not stop driving, now these 3 lights there i am facing one more issue break badel to much hard, when remove my feet and again push its push it, break also very bad, like no breaks, anybody guide me what i will do
