C1310 and C1259

I changed the brake pads and discs. but I did not unplug the 12 volt battery while changing it. Could the problem be caused by this?
red triangle, vsc and yellow exclamation point all started to light up.
Could the problem be caused by this?

 

I didn't pull out the orange HV security plug, I didn't put the battery in. and the po 420 gives the catalatic error. the o2 sensore is a misleading tactic, and the po420 error is no longer responding. The car is having difficulty moving from 110 to 120. will it be okay if I empty the catalytic filter? is there any harm to the arba when the catalytic filter is inserted?
