C1319 Brake Actuator -Prius 2008 Chicago

Hi everybody, Prius 2008 , 170K miles
C1319 , C0205, C0200
I noticed a lot of people had this issue with the brake actuator.
I got to a point where I cannot afford to buy a new car but I need to fix this one.
The dealer asked for $2,700 , more than the car is worth.
Are there any good mechanics Chicago land area that can help with this ?
If anybody did it before and is willing to help ,please let me know.
I am willing to pay and help, I don't mind getting my hands dirty but I'm afraid this requires more knowledge.
I would really appreciate it.
