Saw this today about potential inverter ‘issues’. In fact my dad saw it on “CBS this morning” and texted me about it.

Calif. dealer won't sell some Priuses, citing safety concerns - CBS News

I know this is old news for us here but it is interesting that the national news media is picking up the story.

Our 2014 was manufactured 04/14, and upon entering the VIN in NHTSA recall website, it came up with no recalls issued for our VIN.

Exactly...in Toyota’s opinion their software tweak recall fixed the problem. These people are claiming otherwise.

I know there has been quite a bit of debate on here about it too...so I won’t go into it further ( just search on here and it will pop up ). However, we had always thought it was a ‘local news’ issue. The ‘new news’ is that the national news media has picked up the story. Maybe a slow news day??
