    I've always had issues with encouraging single-vehicle commuting. We've granted this big incentive to people who drive alone in a Prius... what about the people in a Prius carpool!? And EV carpool?! Those more difficult and limiting activities have to come from your altruistic side. But driving solo in a Prius? Here's your big prize!

    And I did have a few complain and ask how they can get the yellow stickers extended....

    I told them to buy a Nissan Leaf or order a new Plug-in Prius..
