    Yes, I just sent it out the Orange County Prius Club folks- I can see many of them dancing!! It just adds value to their PIP cars!! And saves us all lots of time...

    The resale value would improve more if the green stickers run out. Anyone knows the status of the green stickers?

    As of August 31, 2013, 18,270 "green" stickers have been issued out of total 40,000.

    Well this is great news. Now if they can just get the car pool lane between the 10 and the 101 done I'd be a happy camper.

    eagerly awaiting my plates so I can apply for a green sticker. anyone know how long before the DMV has the car in the system and I can find out my plate number? Bought the PiP about 2 weeks ago - deal _said_ they send the registration electronically. Called DMV today and they said it's not in the system and dealer has 90 days to submit paperwork.

    Check with your dealer and find out when they submitted the appropriate paperwork to the DMV. I had my tag number in 2 weeks which the dealer provided to me in an email. Plates came 3 days later, I believe from the dealer.

    Stickers came 2 weeks after submitting paperwork. Don't forget your $8.00 check.
