Can’t believe there isn’t a bike rack for Gen 4’s without a hitch.

One thought: the other day, saw a guy ahead, with an empty bike rack, doing a lane change. His license plate completely obscured, ditto for his signals. Hopefully you can dodge that.

I don’t have one to recommend—my bicycle goes inside the car, protected by a freight blanket—but Yakima, for example, offers two models of trunk-mounted racks that it claims are compatible with 2018 Prius cars, and Toyota offers cross bars, to which a roof-mounted rack could be attached. (Mind the vertical clearance!)

Toyota Prius roof rack with Yakima FrontLoader. Works great, clears the hatch w/o a problem; no need to modify anything; simple to remove when not carrying the bikes. Simple, efficient, effective.
