Have followed the manual instructions, you tube videos...it's not rocket science, but it will not reset. Any help out there? Just bought this a few months ago after logging 225k on my gen 2. Love them! Thx

Glad you like your PiP. I love mine.

It's easy to miss a step in that convoluted reset procedure. I have to read the instructions every singe time. So, let me look it up and see if I can improve on the manual's verbiage. ........
    1. Turn on the car.
    2. Toggle through the trip meters till it's on trip meter A.
    3. Shut off the car.
    4. Hold down on the mph/kph selector button.
    5. Put your foot on the brake.
    6. While holding the brake and mph/kph button, power up the car.
    7. While you're holding the mph/kph button the trip meter will do a little dance. When it goes to "000000" your work is done.
You'd think I could remember that! Hope this helps.

Just to play the wag: you could just ignore it. We don't even have that reminder, on Canadian version, somehow we muddle through.

Thank you Jerry! I have followed those exact instructions several times and it refuses to reset. I am wondering if there might be an error code that it is trading and really wants me to take it in for maintenance to fix, then clear? Might it be that intelligent? It came on about 4500 miles since last oil change, so looked to be a routine reminder. Hmm...I may continue trying from time to time and see if I can catch it off guard!

Maybe next, whenever the current snows get too low. Oh I do not know, it'll never happen...

We should get back on topic.

One more off topic since you brought up rims;).

Washed and waxed our Prius today, including the wheel covers:):

The wash and wax? Or the cleaning of the wheel covers?

Wash and wax is about every other month during the summer months;).

Don’t do the wheel covers every time, but as I was cleaning, I thought why not:).

I’m sure seeing a nice clean, shiny set makes @Mendel Leisk ’s Saturday (y).

Impressive car. Heck, impressive slab. Ours, you pretty near need to mow it.

If the grape vines are old enough, the grapes grow without watering:).

    Fun fact for the day(y).
