    Hi All,

I can't seem to lock my driver's side door via my key fob anymore. It locks all the other doors. When I press the lock button, I can hear the other doors lock and no beeping sound. There is a light blinking on my dash according to the manual the accessory mode light is blinking. I How do I shut it off? I've turned the car on by pressing the power button and pressing the brake then shut if off normallly by pressing the power button.

    Help!

    Thanks!

    Jeff

Must be the actuator in the locking mechanism that's bad. I've read others with this issue before. Are you still under warranty?

Driver's side doors get used the most so it stands to reason that the actuator could wear out. That happened on an Acura I had from 1999 - 2005.

I think there must be a bad batch of these out there. The other vehicle I'm thinking of was also a late model gen3

I just got a call back from Toyota. It was the actuator. It was covered by my warranty.
