Car Jerking in slow traffic

    I have noticed that driving home from work the driving gets slow. Battery is mostly charged and I have a lot of stop and go. A couple miles of this. Car jerks when I brake and sometimes even after I have stopped. Some of the jerks are rather hard. I only notice this in really slow traffic.
    Anyone else had this problem? Is the car suppose to jerk so much? It is a used 2008 Prius. I have had it 3 months. 125,000 miles on it.

    i don't think so. can you give us more details? could the brakes be grabbing?

    She hasn’t logged on in 27 weeks. She probably got the car fixed.
