Also, there's a typo in their fuel economy - it says "Imperial gallon" but US gallon is used.

I noticed Toyota Canada is switching over to US mpg.

Gotta love the consistency...The capacity number quoted is actually in imperial gallons (9.5)...

Definitely less space. My tuba would fit in my 2016. It will not fit in the Prime and allow the hatch to close.

I'll say it again.... The nice thing about standards is there are so many to choose from!

BTW, notice in the picture comparison that the Prime is longer than the hatchback G4 Prius. I thought I read this is real. Is it? We won't get to see one here for a few more months.

Longer on the outside only because of front nose styling and rear end hatch crush area to protect the battery.

It is something like 4 inches longer, but the inch plus in the front is because of the bumper. In addition to the bumper in the rear, I think the carbon fiber hatch is thicker than the metal one.

That's correct. 4" total over the Gen 4 - 1" in the front due to the different bumper/grille and 3" in the back because of the battery. (so in total, a Prime is 6" longer than your Gen 3 @David Beale )
