I love a woman that just checks her oil every 10 years!

I always remind my sisters and female friends, about checking the oil and tire pressure. And they just look at me like I'm speaking a foreign language. But, you gotta love 'em. :)

If someone's going to look down on me for what I drive - or don't drive - then I'm not interested. If they want to go out with a car, they can find somebody else happy to indulge the gold digger instinct.

Someone I won't dob in - after being away for a week, checked the oil - and then the water before heading home. Water wasn't up to the top like I'd told her to check for - this is before overflow bottles.

So she topped it up - after a minute or so, she thought - "that has to be enough", so stopped. Then drove back home - 50 mins.

Trouble was - she'd put the water in here - no wonder it was "empty":

Woops - I did an immediate oil change. It was still going strong a couple of years later when we sold it.

My question is - "how did it manage to get parked like that?". No park assist on that model, I believe.

You want a job done, tell a woman to do it!

You want a job done very well, ask a woman nicely!

You want a job done really well, tell a woman you don't think she can do it.

Women are great IMHO. That why I married one of the best!

"Cars Women Love Seeing Men Drive" is the title of this thread, so my comments were directed accordingly.

Choosing a good partner in life is anything but simple, but last I checked there's not to many women out their actively looking for men with no money, skill and/or ambition...who are also horrible in the sack.

My apologies cyberpriusII if I offended you.

I never get any looks! :(

Being in liberal California, maybe I better take the MAGA sticker off the back window?

And the "This Car Protected by Smith & Wesson" sign.

    And the "Support Our Troops."

And the "Proud Father of LAPD Officer."

And the "Don't Get Any Closer, Your Breath Stinks!" :ROFLMAO:

People in this state have no sense of humor.

Seems to me, on a forum such as this, if it was something my wife would slap me for, then it is inappropriate. In this case, my wife would have slapped me twice.

Being a car forum and all, some of us seem to forget that all genders can turn a wrench nowadays (or is that a wench, never could keep those words straight ) -- just look at Luscious Garage.

So, sometimes the boys will be boys thing slips in. I experienced this during this past weekend when a bunch of "us guys" were left to entertain ourselves while the wives went to a bridal shower. The "frat boy" language came out in force.

Anyway, just my cent and a half. And, in my experience, shallow people of both genders are impressed by certain cars....

And of course I was just joking about having all those stickers on my Prius. Fake News! I'm a little nutty...but I'm not crazy!

And I am never impressed with a woman who is so shallow that she is impressed with the car a man is driving. Did that make sense? "Material things" do not make the man (or woman.) I've never been impressed by big fancy expensive homes, expensive cars, clothes, jewelry, or lots of money. I'm not jealous or envious; it just doesn't impress me. I'm in La-La Land, and I think most of those rich Hollywood people are sick. :ROFLMAO:

Personally, I'm so shallow I couldn't make a good wading pool.

Happily, I don't have to worry about what kind of car I drive when it comes to the ladies. Today is our 40th anniversary.:)

Luckily, we wound up with her 2007 Yaris sedan (which she loves) and the 2008 Prius (which we both really like). Her choices would have been a Mini Cooper and a Kia Soul.

    (y) Congratulations and Happy Anniversary. Just over 32 years for us...but we go back to 1976. 2017 RAV4-HV Limited for her and 2015 Prius-4 for me.

    @Starship16
FWIW, I don't do bumper stickers...but don't have a problem with any of those listed in post #34. The only change would be "Proud Son of a Police Officer". While I'm a native Californian and we both drive hybrids, we are definitely not Liberals. ;)

 Driving a Prius, but not a liberal??? 6,000 Priuschat members just put you on ignore. :ROFLMAO:

I was joking. No stickers or signs on my Prius. I'd be crazy to do that... the tires would be sliced within 5 minutes! I won't reveal my political leanings here. (I don't think I even have any leanings.) I'm not really a fan of politicians, on either side of the aisle, or politics in general.
