"Straight from Toyota"? Now that's a laugh. On my first service appointment, the service writer handed me a printed form that listed all of the required service for my mileage. Some of the listed items were for things not found on a Prius. I called him on it, and he admitted that it was just a stock list used for all of their cars, did a little song and dance, and then asked me exactly what I wanted done. I pulled out maintenance schedule provided with the car and that's what we did. The cost for that appointment went from $400 down to $50.
