center console, remote keyless for a 2001

I just bought a 2001 (yes, I am aware of the risks with the battery/repair costs etc.) and am wanting to get a better cup-holder/phone/ipod-organizer gadget for the front seat. I'm envisioning something that would rest on the hump in front of the car's built-in console. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Secondly - I'd also like to get a remote keyless thing going for my Prius. Can someone help me out with how to do this? According to Toyota, it's all computerized and crazy expensive. Does anyone have a good third-party option they recommend? I only have one key, so I'd like to also make copies of the key if possible. When we did this for our 06 Sienna, it was like $150 to get a replacement key.
