It turned out that I didn't need to. When we bought the 2017 Prius for my wide a couple weeks ago, the dealer (who's a friend by now since it's the 6th car we've bought from him) gave me four of the official Toyota center caps along with other bennies. My curiosity was mostly in case my wife wants to make the change, but I don't think she really cares.

It's more'n likely Toyota Classic Silver Metallic (code 1F7), will blend right in. Dealership should have touch up pens. I find the pen style preferable to brush (if they have both): prime it by pushing the "nib" against the cap till the paint starts coming through, then one or two deft strokes.

Prepping the area with an abrasive tip pen is good too. My Dupli-Color Touch Ups have this. It's like glass fiber or something, works well, and very surgical, maybe 3/32" diameter, with oblique-cut tip.
