Center screen black

    My brother has gen 3 prius and his infotainment screen says "no apps available" he stated they can't get it to do anything, the backup camera works fine, and every once in a while the apps come up.

    Just seeing if anybody has has a similar issue. Could this be some loose wiring? Any ideas?

    don't recall seeing this before. try removing the 12v negative for a few minutes
