Change hybrid battery pack

    My vehicle run good, some times all lights glow and request to change hybrid battery pack, I check the battery its charge more than 7.6 volt each cell, I clean the junctions and reinstalled, aging its shows the same, I have felling the issue not in battery, kindly advise. thanks.

    Next step is to test the voltage of each module under a load... A 55w halogen headlight bulb running that 7.6v down for 2 minutes will show a decrease in voltage at the exact end of between .2 and .4 volts. One of those modules in your pack is likely bad and you will find it because it will lose .5 to 1 volts after two minutes. There's lots more to it than just that, but that's the next test that needs to be done.
