I would go with the Denso plug specd in owners manual, purchased from reliable, local source (no sketchy eBay vendors). With one caveat:

toyota has revised the “20” in original spark plug spec to “16”, a slightly hotter plug.

Safest bet to avoid counterfeit AND get the latest info: purchase from dealership parts dept. Second safest: verify plug spec with dealership, and buy from reputable local retailer. That will save you a few $’s per plug.

Denso or NGK. Lots of counterfeits in circulation, buy them across a counter you trust.
