In our 2009, we recently changed the HV battery and the 12V. We got a check engine light. It had 2 codes indicating it needed a new coolant inverter pump. We changed that and now it is so much worse. Check engine, EML, red triangle of death, ABS and the brake light.
P0A93 and P2238 are the codes we get now along with all those lights.
    Help!!

    P0A93 is high voltage issue.

Did you insert the orange safety plug correctly?

    Push it in
    Flip the lever up
then and this is the one that gets everyone push/slide that lever straight down till it locks.

Flip it up slide it down your doin' the funky plug dance...

Unplug the power plugs on the 12 v battery like SFO said. if no boot joy there open the battery inspection plate and check the dc on the battery side of the relay. See what ya got there. Better be 220 or more. if not the box has to come back out.

P2238 is oxy sensor disregard for now unless someone stole the cat which is becoming pretty common they cut those sensor wires when they do.

P0A93 is less likely anything to do with the HV battery and more to do with the inverter.

There are 2 sub codes, 346 and 347, that point to different areas. Given you have changed the ICWP (inverter coolant water pump) and presumably bleed all the air out of the system it could be more likely you have sub-code 347.

    P0A93 sub-code 346

    DTC Detection Condition:
Inverter cooling system malfunction (water pump system malfunction)

    P0A93 sub-code 347

    DTC Detection Condition:
Inverter cooling system malfunction (electric cooling fan system malfunction)

    Trouble Areas

    • Wire harness or connector
    • Inverter cooling system
    • Water pump with the motor assembly
    • Cooling fan motor
    • No. 2 cooling fan motor
    • Inverter with converter assembly

    I hope that helps.

[EDIT] Added inspection procedure and PDF of Fan Inspection referred to on page 05–689 as "See page 16-8". :D(y)
