I changed my rear passenger wheel bearing... and it was great for a few months. ... being as i live in Tennessee and the roads are awful... one nite i hit a pothole and my abs lights and the traction light came on. I lost cruise control and regen braking is working but barely. Jus stumped as to what might have broken

Probably a non compatible bearing or bad connection

Can you post the trouble codes yet? That will help us offer better suggestions.

If you haven't got a scan tool to read the trouble codes, all it takes is to turn the car on with a wire between Tc and CG at the diag port, and count the light blinks, which can be looked up.

If the ABS connector comes off the wheel speed sensor on the back of the hub, it will cause an ABS fault.

It could be any abs sensor, the master cylinder or pump. I would bet it is not your new bearing and sensor unless it was a $50 knock off. Maybe not even then since it worked for a few months.

Did you resolve this? What brand hub did you use? I went "cheap" with trq, as they once
were a good brand. They are crap! They only lasted a few thousand miles before the noise started.
I don't think they put any or much grease in them. And the right rear one had an abs sensore go bad.

It functioned perfectly for a few months
Then the lights came on.. intermittently they would go off.... i ran codes it said rear speed sensor and foreign object but ive checked the connection ... like others im leaning towards it being the off brand bearing

You can find the Timkens on ebay. That's where I got mine.... For a decent price.
