I installed FIAMM horns I got locally through a NAPA store because, for some reason, Amazon had one of the horns marked as "unable to ship to Hawaii".

The horns in the video are dual tone horns, not just the low tone. The tones blend to make a harmonic sound.

Oh, I get it... so one high and one low.

I know someone on here (in the Gen 4 section) installed the dual Red ones from the same company. I have to search for that... or maybe they'll chime in (no pun intended).

The red ones. This is what I installed. One of the two horns has an "L" embossed on it - I put that one on the left. Plug and play swap to the existing two horns.

Thank you... that's right... it was you're post I originally saw. I put put those Red one's on my Amazon Wish List. Thanks for the additional "L" & "R" information.

I assume your red ones sound similar to ones in the video?

Do you know the secret of the Toyota clips ?

What ever you do, do not use a tool on those clips, and mess them up.
    They operate with a finger.

When flush, they are locked. When you push down, they unlock. When removed the pin can be pushed up, and now they are ready to be locked

I boogered a couple of them up because I was taking the piece off in the parking lot of the auto parts store and they told me I couldn't do that and would have to close it up immediately. If I can't fix them I'll see if I can get 2 new ones at the dealer. Didn't get to see where horns are located. That NAPA didn't have the horns mentioned above, will have to try another one tomorrow.

Cannot figure out howo get the factory connector on the new horn. Factory is two very small spade clips while 74100 is one much larger clip. If this doesn't make sense I can post pics.

The blade connector unclips from the factory horns but just slides onto the new horns without need for the clips.

I know I being dense, but the only connection point I see on the new horn is two posts, one of which has a blade connector on it.

Use the blade. The post with the threads is for attaching the horn to the bracket.

Let me show some pics, my dilemma might be more understandable. So here is the connector still attached to the cable in the car from which I disconnected the factory horn. Next pic is the 71400 horn and its two posts with a spade connector on one of them. Of course the larger center post is for mounting the horn. Thanks KRMCG for your help, I really appreciate it. Please share it with all of us (the solution, not your phone number.) I didn't take mine apart as it's way too hot tonight but need to know before I start how the connector works if it's different.

Are you showing the connector that was plugged onto the spade connector on your factory-installed horn?

I changed my horn - there was a spade connector to the factory horn that I slipped off (after pressing the locking clip to release it) and simply reconnected to my new 74100. It didn't look like the your picture. (Sorry, I didn't take a photo of mine)

Yes that's it. Are you saying that you were able to remove one of the spade connectors from the factory horn? J

Yes, that is exactly what I did.

The whole process was quite easy. The hardest part was undoing the nut holding the left hand horn
