    Chargepoint didn't invent the internet Al Gore did. Their patents are invalid. Electric meter with a pre attached extension cord and a credit card reader? MPU's have had networking options built -in and free development software to run it for decades now. Pick the standard/protocol of your choice, there's nothing to "Invent" only implement. They're just trying to bankrupt Sema via legal fees.
