Charger hook

    IMG_4866.JPG I have made a hook to support my charger since day one because this charger is way too heavy without support. See my diy hook.

    This morning, I was reading the manual and found a picture with this hook. Is this hook comes IMG_4867.JPG with the car?

    If it did, I didn't see it. Mine is currently balanced carefully on a wider hook that used to hold the weed whacker.

    you would be better off to put a bungee on it or some thing. if it slides off, it could damage the connection.

    what does the manual say? use the supplied hook, or just, use a hook to support the evse?

    Seem like missing. My charger has 2 holes that perfect fit for my diy hook.

    If noone has seen this before, most likely it's not come with car.

    the pip has the same thing, except only one hole, advice to hang it to take stress off the cord but no hook supplied. i just used an s hook and screw.

    I just picked up my car Saturday and did not get a hangar either. Asked the dealer about it. Salesman said he has never seen one but he will enquire.

    nope. nothing in the manual suggests there is one. really unnecessary, so easy to do on your own
