Charging port inlet broke?

I plug my 2013 Prius Plugin Hybrid at work into a Chargepoint charging station. Their plug broke off in my charging port inlet. One of the three prongs from their plug broke off.

I think one of the three prongs should have a white cap on each. I think one broke off and is stuck in their plug. The metal piece that the white cap / sleeve covers is still in tact.

How involved is it to get this fixed?

 

Thank you. I will try the needle nose pliers. One of the pro gs on my car inlet may be missing an insulate cap. Two have it but the one onthe bottom doesn't.
Ever since theit chrare plug broke off on mine, mine won't start a charge.

I attached a pic on a previous comment. Would you be able to take a look at it and tell me what you think? The piece from the ChargePoint charger is no longer in my charge port inlet but it won't charge anymore. I can plug in another working charging station and it still won't start the charge. I think i may need to replace the white cap on one of my prongs and not sure how involved it is.

I am working in Miami and no one speaks English and don't think I could get a good answer from the dealer here.

Does Toyota repair the Charge Port inlet or do I take it to another type of shop?
