What do you guys think of these? Since our Prime, the door sill is simply double sided tape down, we basically can just get virtually any sill and type it down & run the wires...
With that said, what do you think of these "cheap" ones?
Just ordered a set for $66 bucks for both front and rear...in white

Well they’re entertaining. Did they have a pic of them in the daylight. Just wondering what they really look like.

You also got $250 vs $66 for illuminated front &rear. OEM is only illuminates on the front.

    Anyways. Something different.

I kind of like them. My concern would be whether they would look flimsy or cheap in person, and whether they would hold up well.

They strike me as “fun,” but I personally probably wouldn’t spend much money on them. Perhaps a little too flashy (semi-literally) when everything else in the car is pretty straight-forward and subdued. Might seem a little out-of-place. That’s not to suggest that I wouldn’t consider them at all though.

Thanks for posting. I actually really like them over the OEM version. Let us know how they work out when you get them, definitely something I would consider at that price.

Okay so after about 3 weeks, the package came today. Took me about 30 minutes to install it...Very nice so far.
I couldn't get a decent picture of it with my iPhone but it's nice and bright in person. The moving part is kind of cool. So now my Prime has a "Rice Package" :)

Sorry the iPhone pic isn’t great. Here is pic of front and rear. When it dims down the iPhone captures it a little better.
May be this iOS 11.3.1 issue?

Maybe create a video and post it on youtube and then you could link that here. I'd like to get info on how you ordered and see what it really looks like with movement.

Thanks for the info, it looks cool! I've ordered just 1 pair a week ago and still waiting for shipping. Did it come with instructions? If not, which line did you tab it to? The footwell LED? Thanks.

I just install the trunk light for my 2nd prime. This time only about an hour. I no longer need to pull out any panels except the battery pack cover. I just used a hard metal wire to fish the wire from the the covers to the rear seat locking clip, super easy. See my pix on Google photo:

Oh, I think I forgot to film the extra LED light installed in the trunk. May be next time :)

I tapped into the welcome light or the doom light instead. Footwell light is easier (passenger side only hold on by 3 tabs) but I measured the voltage and it's very low (not 12v) as expected. Check yours and let me know.
