Check Hybrid System. Stop the vehicle in a safe place

Changed the cabin and engine air filter yesterday. Today couple mins out of the driveway I am getting this error.. Seems weird. The screen doesn't show the battery is being charged or discharged. Started driving with 2 bars left, went to green three and the error.. The vehicle operates just fine. Shuts off the engine after the warm up. Everything works, just this error. Battery over 12.8V, 61k miles on her. Any ideas?

 

12.8V in the morning. Just drove around to charge the battery and it does charge up, but it doesn't show being charged. Only the green bars goes up as the battery charges. I will go to the dealer on Monday, just scratching my head if I should get it towed or not, probably not. Still weird if you ask me, but I guess it does happen.

 

How accurate is the voltmeter? Still charging the battery overnight. Will see if it makes a difference.

 

An update..

The dealer has inspected the vehicle and came up with a Rodent Damage. What happened is that the the squirrel chewed some cooling wire. I suspected this issue since my dad's washer fluid reservoir was also chewed up. Anyways, the issue is complicated. Requires to drop the whole sub frame. They came up with 8 hours of work and over $1k bill. Dealing with insurance company now. Frustrating to be honest.

 

I got the car back. Had to eat half the cost since my deductible is $500.. Frustrating. They've been done with the car yesterday or even earlier since its been sitting outside and rusty rotors caught my eye. The 4 days of work is probably a dealer's bull. Now not even sure if that sub frame has been lowered. I guess I will find out when I change the oil later this month. Probably could have done the work my self since they didn't replace anything, just repaired the damn wire....
