Check hybrid system.

    Had a flat 12v battery. Car wouldn't start, as check hybrid system was on the screen,even with recharged battery.
    Guy came out cleared check hybrid system, and got car started, but charged me a tidy sum of money to do so!
    Is there anyway I can do this myself, if it happens in the future?
    Can I buy a scanner that connects to Obd2 and clear this myself?

    yes you can, but best to not let your 12v deplete in the first place.

    I'm not sure how it depleted? It's not done it before
    I've had the car for 2 years, and I'm guessing that I left something on?
    Once 12v was recharged, it's stayed charged. So it's not on its way out, which is what I originally thought?

    it's usually the dome light left on, or door/hatch ajar

    keep an eye on the voltage to be safe.
