You have a P3000, which is a diagnostic code from the HV ECU telling you there are diagnostic codes in the battery ECU that indicate the real issue being reported. But none of your screenshots show the diagnostic codes from the battery ECU. Getting those ought to be the first step. If this Matco device can't show the battery ECU diagnostic codes, a different scan tool that can would help.
At the very least those few screens do show some wonky (read impossible) voltages being read and attributed to particular blocks. That is symptomatic of failed sense wires in the no. 2 wire harness. You also need to pull the orange plug from the battery ECU to look for signs of burning, corrosion, or damage.
