Here are the fortune cookie message for those codes:

P0852 = Park / Neutral Switch Input Circuit High
    P3000 = HV Battery Malfunction
P3107 = Airbag ECU Communication Circuit Malfunction
P0456 = Evaporative Emission Control Leak Detected Very Small Leak
P0A80 = Replace Hybrid Battery Pack
U0126 = Lost Communication with Steering Angle Sensor Module
C2122, C2123 and C2124 are TPMS sensor errors - No Signal from Transmitter ID2, 3 and 4 (respectively) in Main Mode
B1441 = Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit (Passenger Side)
B1443 = Air Outlet Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit
C2315 = HV System Malfunction, logged by the transmission control ECU
B1771 = Passenger Side Buckle Switch Circuit Malfunction
B1796 = Sleep Operation Failure of Occupant Classification ECU
B1625 = Front Passenger Side - Side Airbag Sensor Malfunction
B1825 = Short in Front Passenger Side - Side Squib Circuit
B1835 = Short in Front Passenger Side Curtain Shield Squib Circuit

A veritable cacophony of trouble codes commensurate with a salvage title.

That should keep you busy for a while.

any ideas or photo to how or where i should start (the most important)

BTW in JORDAN -AMMAN there about 90% of all the Prius cars are salvage title and the dealer try to fix them before sell.

    i got my car 8000 JD = 11299 USD

That is a bit too many to be real or to tackle all at once.
    Save the data.
    Clear the codes.
    Then do the basics.
If you are going to do this as a business you'll want to get good at the basics.

Check the health of the 12v battery.
    Replace if necessary.
Make sure Hybrid Battery orange plug is correctly seated.

If you have the VIN, email me it and I'll see what other info I can maybe find out about the car. My email is [email protected]

I was going to guess an attempt at repairing a wreck had been made... seems like OP confirmed same.

Are these imported flood cars for Texas and Louisiana or something?????

The OP has stated that the car is a salvage title from water damage and has been imported from the USA.
