    Hello Everyone,
I have a 2010 Prius with 166K miles on it. I recently got the triangle and replaced both the HV and 12V batteries.
    I am now getting the following errors: P0031, P0136, P0456, P3190, P0A80, U029AP0A0F
I have replaced the upstream O2 sensor and the cleaned the MAF, cleared the codes with Dr. Prius and still am getting the check engine codes.
Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

What codes did you have the first time the triangle came up? Were they the reason you replaced both batteries?

Hi There, the original code was a 3190. I replaced both batteries d/t a post I found indicating that a weak 12v can cause all sorts of havoc

Yes, there are a lot of posts that say that. At least you have new batteries now.

P3190 is set if the ECM is only able to get less than 20% of the requested torque from the engine.
