Here's an odd one. On our mildly cold winter mornings ~12 degC the radio on button doesn't work. This is regardless of the power status the night prior. What's even weirder if that if climate control is off and you turn it on the radio button is fixed. Any ideas? Earth leak, cold temp resistance, 12V battery?

It happened again today and it's actually all the buttons eg car, media that die. I also noticed it's had a firmware update as a temporary banner pops up on the lcd screen now that shows fan speed and target temperature when climate control is engaged. I bet this is the problem. Is anyone aware of update issues?

Pretty sure that banner for the HVAC system has always been there.
I've noticed that the system (I have a completely different system) can be glitchy if you do anything before its completely booted up. So wait till all the boot-up stuff has completed before trying anything.

You need to clean your dash. ;)

It had its 2 year service today and fault code B1585 was present. It was cleared so hopefully the problem is fixed. I'll keep everyone updated.
