My combination meter (dashboard) sometimes does not power on. My cruise control sometimes does not work. Especially if the dashboard is not working. I have error code P0a93 which indicates to a bad inverter pump. I have changed the several pumps multiple times. Nothing has helped my car except 1 thing. When I go to start the car I press the on button twice and then I hold down the brake and turn on the car. After doing this everyone I noticed my dashboard would work almost everyday. I had no error codes and my cruise control was working fine. So is going straight to holding the brake and turning on the car not the "correct" way to turn on a prius? Can someone who is having the same dashboard problems try this?

Good. I have changed the battery at least 3 times. I have changed several several things in the car hopping that was the problem

You should just change out the combination meter and be done with it

    Yes

You should reset your 12v battery, get rid of the inverter pump code. See if it'll come back. You might simply have to bleed out the air in the coolant
