combination meter how to power on to check?

Pulled a 2007 meter from the junk yard, my 04 meter is already a replacement and well it blinks out sometimes.
Before going through the motions of replacing the whole thing (yes I took the whole thing the (warning lights too I know need to remove the air pressure warning light, but what pins do I need to power with what voltage to just turn it on so I can see the mileage and verify it works.
