Source: https://www.faa.gov/newsroom/faa-invites-public-comment-draft-environmental-review-spacex-starshipsuper-heavy-program I did not see any reference to the manufacturing suppliers who provide the materials used to make a Starship/Super Heavy. These remote suppliers also have an environmental effect local to their manufacturing facilities, resources, and mines. Because every part of the Starship/Super Heavy are designed for reuse, they substantially reduce the environmental impact of the remote suppliers. As the number of reuse cases increase, the manufacturing environmental impacts, outside of the Boca Chica area, decreases significantly. This can easily exceed any Boca Chica effects by an order or magnitude. In contrast, expendable rocket launchers are one-time only with a significant impact on the supply chain. Bob Wilson
This seems an important matter to mention so I hope you tell them. Not only us. Not on the page you linked, but nearby, https://www.faa.gov/space/stakeholder_engagement/spacex_starship/ the addressee appears to be [email protected] Separately, I enjoyed my first visit to icf.com
