Computer cut tint?

    So I was browsing around good old ebay and came across this:



    I have had just about ever car I've ever owned tinted. I just don't want to spend the money again. I have tinted by myself before and done it with rolls pretty seamlessly. I figure precut would be even easier.

    What say you forum guys? Yea or nay? Even if I f**k it up I am only out $30

    i bought that stuff and its very low quality, very thin. but it looks ok on the windows i didn't screw it up on. rear door windows looked so bad i threw the front door pieces away. i was gonna pay a pro to do the fronts, but then the wife confiscated that car.

    That's what I was afraid of.
    I just know my local tint shop is going to charge me 200 or more for the good uv film on account of the size of the greenhouse in this car.

    But, the quality tint shops using quality film will give you a lifetime warranty on the tint. You get what you pay for. ;)

    This is true. I have been using the same guy for years too. I am just trying to get out of the cost since I just bought and tinted the car I replaced with the prius last year. :)
