OK, so I have the 100K extended warranty. What can I expect soon after 99K to maybe go out?

    Thanks,

It was the HV Cooling pump and valve assembly.

What was the cost of the extended warranty + deductible (if any) vs cost of repair of those two wear items? I think it would have been cheaper to pay for those repairs.

The Inverter pump (HV Cooling pump) and 3-way valve (valve assembly), are known wear items for the Gen2.

Gen2 Inverter pumps seem to last 100,000-150,000 miles; YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).

Shocks should have been replaced at 50,000 miles/5years, to maintain optimum suspension characteristics. If yours are still original, they are gone.

Have you been putting some money aside for the HV Battery failure? Hopefully you'll go new vs rebuilt, if you want longevity and trouble free issues. But, your finances, condition of car, etc, will determine what you do.
