A Crack is developed in trunk where Tyre repair KIT is placed. Not a crack actually, can call it dislodge. I don't know when, where and how this happened. I am really worried about its repair. pictures are attached.
Can anyone suggest what kind of repair i should do on it. OR i just let it be as it is ??
    please suggest IMG_20180904_121625.jpg IMG_20180904_121635.jpg IMG_20180904_121635.jpg

I'm not sure anything's wrong here, it doesn't appear to be opening up. Maybe a different story seeing the real thing?

The appearance below deck in the hatch area on ours (2010 Prius hatchback) is pretty utilitarian too: seams are much more unfinished looking, and the sealant spread over is used liberally and kind of haphazard.

Its opening up, that is why i am concerned, looks like very difficult to joint it as it was earlier i can only fill it with some sealant. My concern is it doesn't open up any more. :(

I'll defer to your first-hand judgement, but that pic sure looks fine. It's not helping your case, lol.

Is there a comparable weld on the opposite side of the car?

I think the extended portion had a hit on a bump (as here my car gets hit many time from below) and pulled a little back which created this crack. all other weld are fine

Ah, looking at the other picture, I see more clearly:

Two failed spot-welds? I would have a body shop look at that. They need to clamp or hammer it back together and re-weld.

Visited the body shop at last, they said they will push with hydraulic and perform spot weld then painting. it will take two days and it requires to remove rear bumper and any other thing in back, and it is also good to go with this, just fill it with silicon to stop dust ingress. so i preferred not to perform any work. Just filled it with silicon.

I would recommend that you get it fixed.
Only after removal of plastic shields you will be aware of the damage.
    Max 2~3 hour job.
    Are you in Lahore?

Go to any other renowned body shop. You will be able to overlook the work.
