So initially the right side steering wheel controls (base model) and cruise control weren't working

I replaced the clock spring with an ebay New (not factory) clock spring. So far so good, steering wheel controls all work but not cruise control, it doesn't power on

I replaced the cruise control stock with an ebay New (not factory) as well but it's still not powering on

My brake light switch definitely works

What else could it be? I've been trying to look for a fuse for the cruise control but can't find anything

Anytime you use non original electronic parts, you will have the uncertainty that it won't always work properly

I did check The new clock spring for continuity as well as the the new cruise control stalk - so assuming those 2 are functioning, where should I look next?

i can't say for sure, but if something else is wrong, i doubt it matters that your speedo is working.

quick update, I contacted the ebay seller and he replaced my clock spring with a new one and all is good. I figured it out after I checked the clock spring connectors for continuity with my multi meter

All is good - miss cruise control!
