After I install a after market backup camera, following problem occurred

    1. After power is complete off, I can still control windows with each button
    2. Have to press window button twice to roll either down or up
    3. Driver side window button can't do 1-click to open window or close. Passenger side has no problem to use door lock or 1-click window control function.
    4. Driver side all window buttons don't work. I can't control the 3 windows beside driver window
(tried re-program and still didn't work)
    5. Door lock and window lock buttons on driver side don't work. Key fob still works. Luckily

What thing went wrong?? Really frustrated now!! Any shop in Los Angles can fix these problems? Not dealer. would expect alots to fix these in dealer

What the heck did you splice into? I am guessing you had to hack into the display, some power source, and the reverse indicator. Anything else? Is this only a backup camera, or are there other functions as well?

Take it out and try again with different tap-in points?

I agree. Undo the backup camera installation, make sure everything is working correctly and then double check your original connection point or find another tie point.

Yes, You are correct! This is actually what i did. and yet backup camera works = =

Don't know if I should do this.

    A. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    B. Halfway open the power window by pressing the power window switch.
    C. Fully pull up the switch until the window is full closed and continue to hold the switch for approximately 1 second after the window is fully closed.
    D. Check that the Auto Up/Down function operates normally.
If not operating normally, follow these steps.
    1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 10 seconds.
    2. Connect the battery terminal.
    3. Follow steps A-D above

But afraid I might erase more default setting.
