    Judging by the headlights and where the steering wheel is, that's a JDM Prius. They have all kinds of options for styling kits over there, most if not all are pretty hard and/or expensive to get to the states.

    This along with a few others I'd love to have but no way could justify the money it would take to get it haha.

    cool stuff. I've been looking at a duraflex front bumper on ebay. its $385-- a bit more than I want to spend.
