    So just gently spray it off and then maybe carefully wipe/scrub a tad? Thanks so much for the picture! Really helps me understand what you are talking about.

    Just spray it off. Don't do any kind of wipe or scrub.

    You should just spray it. It's fairly delicate and you can damage it.

    Also, make sure it clicks when you put it back. I originally got a check engine light until i replugged it back in and heard the click

    I got the codes checked again today and the misfire is gone! Now I just have a bunch of evap codes, im not so worried about those. Probably will start with replacing the uphill o2 sensor, but because I have a cheap Amazon cat, maybe that won't change anything?
