Dash cam with traffic sign recognition?

Just wondering if any of u know about a dash cam that can recognize traffic signs? I know there is one that got a circular external display, like, it isn’t in the dashcam display. It’s a circular screen u can put anywhere in the car, that system had lane departure warning, traffic sign detection and more... but I don’t remember what it’s called? Do u know about any other dash cams with traffic sign recognition? Or if there is any separate traffic sign detection units?
