So I fixed the fusible link connections which had snapped off completely. Just installed 3 new battery modules within the hybrid battery. Everything is connected and tight. Now I'm getting error code P0AE0 Hybrid Negative connactor control circuit high.

Yay I double checked all my connection. 4 connections on the modules were very loose. She starts up and drives like a champ! Thank you guys for all your amazing insight on prius's. My car will now be getting some cosmetic upgrades:)

Are you saying 4 of the terminal nuts were loose? If so, you need to confirm they are all 48 in-lb.

Did you push the orange key fully down after putting it back?
