Dead aux, HV, or both?

    have the cable, trying to get it to work with cracked techstream software to program a key fob made me want do drive into a tree. I've got a bluetooth OBD on the way and will use an app to read the cells, as seen here:

    all voltages are normal, so it is safe to rule out HV as the point of failure? these values are after the car has been sitting cold, simply starting it up without driving.
