We got our 2009 Prius in January. At that time, I remember reading about some customization things that the dealer could do such as changing the behavior of the SKS fob and I think it was in the Owners Manual but am not sure.

Can some one point me to where I MIGHT fine those things?

    Thank you.

Fob opening setup is in the manual. It is also posted on this forum.

    Thank you.

Yes, I found the item about the fob but there we several others in what I think I read. I don't remember what they were, though.

Everything you are likely to want to customize is either in the manual or posted on Prius Chat.

Not wanting to re-read that entire thread, a couple things seem to be echoing in my memory:
    - the dealer can adjust the fraction of outside air allowed in during the "recirc" setting (the default is not zero)
    - the dealer can turn on the glass breakage sensor, and may do it for free if you ask nicely

By fob behavior, do you mean, which doors will unlock? Changing that is in the owner's manual; it's not a model of clarity for an American reader of English but it does work.

    Thanks, Richard.

Seems like I remember the things you mentioned. Wonder where we came across them :)?
