I just spent $1,500 on the 2002 Toyota Prius that I drive on a Front Exhaust Pipe Assembly. They are now saying that the "Cap" on it need to be replaced this is also called the Exhaust Actuator Vacuum ($230.72).

It's the last thing I need to get fixed so the engine light will go off.

Can I get the part cheaper from somewhere else? My friend suggested either going to a junkyard or buying a part from NTB.....???
