Definitely need a rear window wiper

lack of a wiper is inexcusable in a 30K hatchback with a nearly horizontal window. My biggest complaint about the Prime.

 

I don't miss a wiper back there at all. Lack of wiper hasn't affected my visibility, makes it easier to clean the window and remove snow, and one less thing to maintain. As soon as I get moving a few miles an hour, any water on that window is gone. But, I don't live in Oregon where it rains most of the year.

 

I just drive faster than everyone, so no need to look back.

 

I can't say much about snow-- had 3 inched one day out of two Winters-- BUT between wind and dust and living on a dirt road I VERY MUCH miss rear wipers.

 

Yeah, I agree that I would prefer the Prime had a “normal” rear glass and a rear wiper, as I use it regularly here in Canada on my PiP (and Gen 2 before that), where we get snow like Colorado (just not normally in May in Southern Ontario, LOL).

But it is not such a big deal to me that it would stop me from buying one in the future.
