Deleting stored phone numbers

    I am the second owner of my 2013 Prius V. The previous owner's stored numbers are still in the phone book and I haven't found a way to delete them. Does anyone know how I can remove them?

    You reset all settings somewhere deep in settings. But you lose pairings, presets, etc.

    I don't know if the US model is the same but on the UK model there is an option for "Delete personal data" in the setup/general menu. This deletes everything including any NAV destinations you've set.
